01 - Planning

Every part is unique and offers its own challenges. A thorough inspection allows us to identify the best course of action for processing your parts. Custom tooling, detailed masking, part preparation, powder application, curing, and packaging needs are all identified and planned before we begin your project.

02 - Tooling

When standard racking and tooling won’t work, we design and build tooling custom for your parts. This ensures proper masking and orientation and that powder coverage is repeatable in order to most effectively meet our customer specifications.

03 - Preparation

Part preparation is vital to the adhesion and durability of a finish. Our six stage iron phosphate pretreatment ensures your parts are properly prepped before being coated, ensuring a finish that is durable and corrosion resistant.

04 - Application

Pro-Finish is ideally equipped for both low and high volume jobs of multiple substrates. Our automated conveyor line offers a part window up to 66″ x 34″ x 120″. We also have a manual line allowing for batch application up to 25 feet max.

05 - Inspection

We understand that the appearance and durability of your parts is important, and that a visual inspection isn’t enough. Careful, multi-step testing is required to meet exact requirements and standards.

06 - Packaging

We package all parts to ensure the finish remains undisturbed in transit. Whether you have existing finished goods packaging or you need us to create it for you, we’ve got you covered.

07 - Shipping

We offer shipping and trucking solutions designed to meet the specific needs of our customers, including drop shipping and blind shipping. Depending on part quantity or volume there are a variety of options available with the many vendors we work with.
